At this point in the trip, the heat, humidity, smog, and crowds were starting to get to me. I almost completely lost my voice for two days and resorted to creative miming to get my intentions across to Scott. We decided to relax on the roof in the early evening and take advantage of the hotel's happy hour. They offered a free pizza with purchase of a glass of wine. The wine itself was buy one get one free.
We wandered around the Paragon Mall again that evening and specifically checked out the Paragon Department store. The signage is rather limited in these malls. You can tell they are designed to get you in and then keep you there for a while. We literally could not find out way out for about 10 minutes (very frustrating)... We finally found a clerk that spoke limited English and was able to point us to the nearest exit.
